Job Description

We are looking for attentive and compassionate School Bus Attendants to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you’ll assist children while they board, ride, and exit the school bus, ensuring their safety at all times. Acting as the extra set of eyes and ears on board, you’ll help maintain order, comfort, and a calm environment throughout each trip.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist students while boarding and exiting the school bus safely.
• Ensure seat belts are fastened, and students remain seated during travel.
• Supervise children on the bus and maintain discipline when needed.
• Communicate clearly with the bus driver regarding student safety.
• Help younger children and students with special needs as required.
• Follow all school transport safety rules and procedures.
• Report any incidents, concerns, or delays to supervisors promptly.

Requirements / Qualifications

• No formal education required (experience working with children is an advantage).
• Patient, responsible, and attentive personality.
• Physically fit and able to assist children when needed.
• Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work early mornings and afternoon shifts.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines strictly.
